accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
At tinyTour, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy and understand the remarkable places they visit.
Accessibility is therefore an important part of how we design both our website and the tinyTour visitor experience.
The tinyTour visitor experience
tinyTour is designed to work on visitors' own smartphones, allowing them to use the accessibility features and settings they are already familiar with on their device.
Depending on the content provided by each venue, tinyTour can offer information in a number of ways, including:
-
written text;
-
audio narration;
-
images;
-
multiple languages; and
-
manual navigation as well as location-triggered content.
Visitors can explore at their own pace and choose the content that is most useful to them.
Where a visitor cannot access a particular part of a venue, tinyTour can also be used to provide information, images and audio relating to areas they cannot physically reach.
Our website
We aim to make the tinyTour website straightforward to navigate, easy to read and usable across a range of devices.
We consider features such as clear page structure, readable text, colour contrast, meaningful links, alternative text for important images and keyboard navigation when developing and updating the site.
We also aim to avoid unnecessary movement, complexity or other design elements that may make the website more difficult to use.
Compatibility
Websites, browsers, mobile devices and assistive technologies continually develop. We aim to maintain and improve accessibility as tinyTour evolves.
We do not currently claim formal compliance with a particular accessibility standard unless this has been independently assessed.
Feedback
If you experience an accessibility problem with the tinyTour website or have difficulty accessing information about our products and services, please contact us.
We will do our best to provide the information in an appropriate alternative format and to address accessibility issues where reasonably possible.
tinyTour is operated by Owen Davies Consultant Limited.
